National Organic Agriculture Business Summit

The 2020 National Organic Agriculture Business Summit will take place at Watbridge Hotels and Suites, Akwa Ibom State, between Nov. 3 – 5, 2020. This is the fifth of its kind among Ecological Organic Agriculture stakeholders in Nigeria.
Essence of the National Organic Agriculture Business Summit (NOABS)
- Exploring opportunities of the Ecological Organic Agriculture Initiative in the context of the Decision of the African Heads of States and Governments on organic farming [EX.CL/Dec. 621(XVII)
- Improving local and export business activities in the organic sector
- Exhibiting organic produce and products to stimulate domestic and export trade
- Building the capacity of practitioners and strategic stakeholders in the organic agricultural sector of Nigeria, to contribute to food security, income generation, employment, systems resilience, among others.

- Oct. 1 – 25: Awards, only registered participants can nominate and be nominated.
- Nov. 2: Arrival of delegates and pre-summit meetings
- Nov. 3 & 4: Presentations, Exhibitions and business fora
- Nov. 5: Exhibitions and National Ecological Organic Agriculture Stakeholders’ Meeting

Paper submission:
Paper presentations should be agribusiness- oriented and based on innovation/success stories in organic agriculture systems. Paper submission (full paper, not more than 6 pages (including pictures) in A4, 1.5 spacing, Times New Romans) 12 font size and send to noabs@noanigeria.net
e-Organic Fair and Advertisement fee:
(Virtual exhibition of organic products and services of 3 min. video advert during the summit and 10month advert on conference website)

Participation fee:
Covering access to real-time presentation and e-certificate of participation. Tea breaks and buffet lunch for physical participant.
